1. Booking and Payment
All studio bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Luminous Lens Studios. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking fee is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled studio time. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Luminous Lens Studios reserves the right to cancel any booking if full payment is not received by the due date.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled studio time will result in the forfeiture of the initial 50% deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled studio time will be charged the full booking fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. In cases of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, Luminous Lens Studios may, at its discretion, offer a credit for future bookings.
3. Studio Usage and Conduct
You are responsible for the proper use of the studio and its equipment. Any damage to the studio, equipment, or property of Luminous Lens Studios caused by you or your guests will be your responsibility, and you will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement. You agree to comply with all studio rules and regulations, including noise levels, cleanliness, and safety protocols. Luminous Lens Studios reserves the right to terminate any booking if you or your guests engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio premises. Pets are allowed only with prior approval from studio management.
4. Equipment and Liability
Luminous Lens Studios provides a range of equipment for your use during your studio rental. It is your responsibility to inspect the equipment before use and report any defects or malfunctions to studio staff immediately. Luminous Lens Studios is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the use of our equipment. You are advised to carry your own insurance to cover any potential risks. We strive to maintain our equipment in good working order, but we cannot guarantee its availability or functionality at all times.
